  1. With all of my WIN 10 problems, including me opening a Link that I should have not done. I decided that a fresh reinstall was in order. I purchased a new copy of WIN 10. I started to install this new copy of WIN 10, with a new security key. To my surprise, the only thing that installed was WIN 10 Office. Not what I wanted to do. My new WIN 10 stated it was Microsoft 365, Family. Where do I go from here?

  2. Whats the difference between the first and the second method? Does the first one not delete everything?
EDIT: Just saw your other comment about it.

  3. Hi, I bought a new laptop last year with Windows10 already installed out of the box, will the first method work in my case? Noticed how booting up and overall performance of my PC took a turn for the worse as I wasn't able to disable auto update. Found this vid and just wondering if this can be an option if I want to make my device a bit faster again. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!

  4. Am i supposed to use your method of windows after doing the first method? I want to completely restart my pc and also windows or just doing your method works

  6. my windows is being a bitch
    *it wont update
    *microsoft store is completely broken
*my xbox game bar doesnt open
    *my pc restarts automatically
    so definitely am reinstalling

  7. Uh can you help me solve my problem?

After turning the system back on I was greeted with a "Scanning and repairing drive (C:)…" message in the BIOS screes on boot. I assumed this was normal based on the situation and continued on using my PC with no issues. However now every time I boot or restart the PC I am getting this message again in the BIOS screen. It will tell me to press any button to skip disk checking (not pressing anything) and go into "scanning and repairing.) When this happens though, there is no percentage or progress that is shown and immediately boots into Windows again in about 10 seconds.

The troubleshooting I've done so far is:

    – Checking health of drive via CrystalDiskInfo (Good 100% healthy)

    – cmd chkdsk

I've done this on 2 separate occasions and the first time it said errors were found and it needed to repair on next restart. But when doing so it repeats the same process as stated above. ( scanning and repairing drive (c:) with no percentage shown and booting into windows right after). on the second chkdsk it says that no errors were found but I am still getting the scanning and repair screen on boot.

    Any thoughts?

    thanks in advance!!
